Saint Lucia and is a popular destination due to its tropical weather, lush and mountainous scenery, and numerous beaches. Other tourist attractions include a drive-in volcano and sulphur springs, the Botanical Gardens, the Majestic twin Peaks “The Pitons”–a world heritage site, Edmund Rainforest, the Tourille Waterfall (almost a drive-in waterfall), Sapphire Jungle Spa, extensive reef for diving and snorkelling (all in Soufrière), and Pigeon Island National Park, which is home to Fort Rodney, an old British military base. The twin Pitons (Gros Piton and Petit Piton) are striking cone-shaped peaks south of Soufriere that are one of the scenic natural highlights of the Caribbean.

It is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town for the port. Water taxi’s a;so operate from the port area.

Local curreny is Eastern Caribbean Dollar – USD are widely accepted.

Please Note – when booking a private excursion that is not operated by the cruise line it is your responsibility to ensure that you are back in port in good time for the ‘All Aboard’ time. We suggest allowing at least 1 hour after your ships arrival in port to allow for immigration clearances and plan to be back in port at least 1 hour before ‘All Aboard’ time to allow for any traffic issues etc on your return journey.
